My private upscale incall is located in a Richfield, right off a major hwy.

Amenities: Lobby waiting area (if you prefer not to wait in your car) has a coffee/beverage self-service, adequate parking, shower and virtual key entry for privacy.

I do have a secondary location one week out of the month in Kingfield area, close to Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis. Both locations are available for GFE. These are private, secure locations.
I live by the golden rule, therefore these are very unsavory: Rudeness, Negative posts that you make on the boards towards me or any other provider, Dangerous blacklist reports, Asking me for BBFS, No Call No Show, Explicit talk (through PM, Email, Text or Phone Calls,) Sending Unsolicited Pictures, Price Haggling, lying during the screening process, not respecting my time or my rules. Not paying my cancellation fee when it has fallen below the 24 hour mark.
No Greek, BBFS, COF, CIM, DFK( I only offer LFK), I will NEVER ever do BBFS, this not only unsafe but disrespectful to my rules and personal boundaries.
I am available most mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I often can accommodate same-day availability, however I encourage booking in advance for appointments. I take pride in being prepared for our appointment, and want the process to be relaxed and smooth for both parties.
Cancellation Policy

I do understand life happens, and I am sensitive to this. Often, as long as you let me know more than 24 hours in advance, the fee will NOT apply. Anything under notice 24 hours, the fee WILL apply.

Note: When you have been on my calendar for an extended period of time, the fee is to mitigate the financial loss for lost time. Thank you in advance for understanding and respecting my time.

Therefore, I reserve the right to implement the following cancellation fees on any cancelled date at my discretion:

Venmo and Cash App ONLY. (Username will be given when applicable)

$100 fee for all non VIP sessions

$200 for all VIP sessions

50% of rate for all GFE sessions

This is to be paid immediately upon canceling and not further than 24 hours after scheduled appointment.

Failure to provide payment will not only be a penalty of not being able to schedule with me again, if I choose to schedule again, and the fee has not been paid the original cancellation fee will due immediately before booked appointment is scheduled.

Note: NOT added to donation value of future booked appointment.

Photo ID (address blurred)

Company website with bio

Work badge with name and photo

These are both FS sessions with different formalities. VIP is for those who want the best of both worlds, with a session that involves FBSM and a FS ending. GFE is for the client that wants to forgo the body rub, and head straight to the bed without any intimate limitations (Refer to #3 for my personal boundaries.) GFE includes kissing, pleasure for both parties, etc. VIP is a FS ending, but w/o kissing and the "extras." If you still can't read between the lines, feel free to contact me directly.
I mainly accept cash. *Cashapp and *Venmo are accepted as well!

*Restrictions Apply!! (If you would like to pay for your entire meeting with Cashapp or Venmo at the time of booking please include +$25 for paying through an app. This option is only available if we have made prior arrangements and you mention this at the time of booking.

*Digital payment user info is provided when the arrangement has been confirmed. My settings are set to private, so the transaction is for my eyes only.
If you provide me with references the time that it would take me to screen you would depend on how quickly you provide me with the proper information. It also depends on how fast your references respond to me.

I do encourage you to get screened as soon as possible. If you're a newbie (no references, old or outdated references) I can have you screened & verified within 15 minutes as long as you're willing to provide personal information.
I will happily provide an honest reference for you to other providers following our meeting.

I typically allow 1-2 references per each time we meet, within one year of our most recent date. This ensures the most up-to-date information for safety and discretionary purposes.

When you list me as a reference for other providers, please email me to let me know when and who I should expect to hear from. I will not release any reference information until I have your explicit approval to do so.

Etiquette

I consider my safety top priority. I ask you read over my etiquette page to ensure we have a wonderful and smooth experience.

I enjoy and get along with personalities of all types, but my ideal suitor is over 33, kind and respectful, sincere, generous, considerate, well-groomed. If you are under the preferred age, for younger suitors (27 yrs +) this will be a case by case basis and will require a reference from an established provider seen in the last year.
Personal hygiene is important and I make an abundant effort to be well groomed and fresh for my new friends. Kindly ensure you are thoroughly showered and have fresh breath so we can relax and enjoy ourselves. A well trimmed man (downstairs), is always appreciated. If you are doing a FS (VIP or GFE) session, some performance might be hindered if you are not groomed below the belt.
If you partake in nicotine or Mary Jane related products, prior to our scheduled date (day of, or at least 4 hours prior) please refrain from using. The scent lingers, and will hinder our experience together.

Off the Clock Dates
While I certainly want my clients to enjoy the time we spend together I do not participate in off the clock dates so please do not ask. I also do not participate in extended email, text or phone call chats with clients. If you want extended communication, we can discuss a separate package and donation.
